PSI MEMBRANE® Introducing the Pro-BW Seawater Desalination MembraneThis cutting-edge third-generation nanocomposite (TFN) reverse osmosis membrane element boasts a unique anti-fouling technology. It delivers superior anti-fouling and cleaning performance, ensuring an exceptionally high salt rejection rate while simultaneously reducing energy consumption and extending cleaning cycles.
1. The expansive flow path minimizes the likelihood of membrane fouling, enhancing cleaning efficiency.
2. Exceptional cleaning resistance guarantees long-term stable operation.
3. The anti-fouling coated surface significantly boosts performance and extends the membrane's service life.
4. This product's flux is 30% higher than traditional TFC membranes, all while maintaining lower energy consumption.

1. The product flow rate and salt rejection rate are derived from the following precise test conditions:
Feed water concentration: 32,000 ppm as NaCl, Feed water pressure: 800 psi (5.5 MPa), Feed water temperature: 77°F (25°C), Recovery rate: 8%.
2. The product flow variation range is +/- 20% to ensure flexibility and reliability.
3. The F34 model features a fiberglass-wrapped case with a robust 34 mil mesh thickness. We also offer additional case types, mesh configurations, and membrane element options.
