Pro-Therm Series: Unmatched High-Temperature ResistanceOur special separation coil MEMBRANE elements are crafted with PSI MEMBRANE®'s proprietary TFN high-temperature resistant diaphragm and unique materials. This innovative design is tailored for hot water disinfection systems, eliminating the need for chemical disinfection. The result? Enhanced product quality and compliance with stringent regulations. Ideal for water purification and process fluid systems in low cross-flow environments with no suspended solids, operating at temperatures up to 70°C (158°F). Perfect for concentrating high-temperature process fluids. Typical applications include concentrating, purifying, and separating fluids with high dissolved solids content, which are challenging to process with traditional membrane methods due to excessive viscosity at lower temperatures.

1. Water yield and desalination rates are determined under strict standard test conditions: For NF membrane (2000 ppm MgSO4, 0.48 MPa, 25ºC, 15% recovery) and RO membrane (2000 ppm NaCl solution, 1.55 MPa, 25ºC, 15% recovery), prior to any hot water disinfection.
2. The water yield can vary within a range of +/-15%. The final water yield may exhibit further fluctuations due to the influence of the heat treatment process.
3. The F34 model features a fiberglass wrapped case with a mesh thickness of 34 mil. Additional shells, meshes, and components are available to meet various specifications.
