PSI MEMBRANE® Pro-Acid NF98 Series high pressure acid-resistant membrane,incorporated with innovative Thin Film Nanocomposite(TFN) technology, is designed for treating and recycling challenging waste water, The high productivity, durable and fouling resistant design provides industrial users a reliable and highly efficient option to achieve water recovery of Minimal Liquid Discharge (MLD) systems to reject TDS levels of >170,000 mg/L ,offers customer the most optimal operation cost.

Highlight of TFN Membrane
1. Proshare TFN nanocomposite film not only matches the desalination performance of traditional TFC polyamide film but also boasts innovative atomic-level control precision and ultra-smooth nanoscopic surface roughness. This results in superior anti-pollution performance and a lower pressure drop compared to traditional TFC, effectively reducing flux attenuation caused by biological pollution and other types of scaling.

2. The defect-free functional desalting layer is significantly thinner than TFC film, substantially increasing the flux of Proshare's new-generation TFN membrane. Under the same water production conditions, energy consumption can be reduced by up to 50%.
3. Leveraging the advanced customization capabilities of the polymer nano assembly process, TFN has developed several high-end special separation membranes, including: reverse osmosis and nanofiltration membranes with up to 500,000 ppm-hr chlorine oxidation resistance; high-end nanofiltration membranes with high salt separation coefficients; anti-fouling films with low desalting and high COD removal rates; and anti-pollution brackish water sea light films suitable for high-concentration brine and low-energy concentration.
 
4. Utilizing the new-generation TFN membrane R&D platform, Proshare has collaborated with Tsinghua University and China Aerospace to create two world-leading new membranes:
4.1. Proshare TFN acid and alkali resistant membrane: Currently, only a few manufacturers globally, such as GE-Osmonics in the USA and AMS in Israel, can produce industrial acid and alkali resistant films, which are costly, have long supply cycles, and offer limited technical support. Supported by a top-tier national research and development team, Proshare has successfully developed special acid and alkali resistant membranes applicable across a wide pH range using their mature TFN R&D platform.
4.2. In collaboration with renowned R&D institutions globally, Proshare is developing the next-generation high-throughput desalination membrane based on TFN patented technology. Enhanced by graphene nanochannels, this TFN desalination membrane aims to achieve or surpass the 99.85% desalting performance of LGnanoH2O while significantly improving water flux.
